Yes, we deliver to almost anywhere in the world. Worldwide delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please contact us with your address if you would like a shipping quote and we would be happy to advise.
As soon as we receive your order confirmation, we will process your order. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day that the order is received. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the courier company and tracking number. UK orders are typically delivered in 3-4 working days. European orders are typically delivered in 5-7 days. Worldwide deliveries usually take 10-15 days.
If your order is taking longer to arrive than expected, please check the tracking information provided at the time of dispatch. Delays do happen, particularly during December, so please bear with us if your item has not arrived by the date expected. For UK mainland deliveries, please allow 10 working days (from the date of dispatch) before reporting the late delivery to us. For international deliveries, please allow 20 working days (from the date of dispatch) before reporting the late delivery to us. Once you notify us of the delay, we will contact the courier to investigate. If the courier company is unable to locate and deliver your parcel, we will offer a full refund or dispatch a replacement item(s) as required.

We hope that you never need to return anything to us, however, should you need to we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to exchange or refund your purchase with our 30-day money back guarantee. Simply contact us at: customercare@chosry.com to tell us you would like to make a return. If you tell us the item is faulty, we will provide you with a return label to post the item back to us. If you have simply changed your mind, you will need to return the item to us at your own expense (we recommend using a tracked service). On receipt of the return, we shall issue a refund or offer an exchange if preferred.
